Who we are
This website belongs to Sorora Studio (KvK 42052713, VAT NL005458670B21), Randwijkstraat 47, 5035 AM Tilburg, the Netherlands. We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR. For anything about your data, email paulina@sorora.studio.
When you contact us
- What: your name, email, phone number and message when you fill in the form. We also note the country your internet connection comes from (our host Cloudflare derives it from your IP address) and how you found us: the page you landed on, the site that sent you and campaign tags in the link. If you later came back through a link with campaign tags, such as an ad, we also note that latest visit and its date and time.
- Why: to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and knowing where they come from (f).
- How long: a backup copy at our host is deleted automatically after 90 days. We keep the emails about your enquiry for as long as we need them to help you.
When you visit the site
- Security: Cloudflare, our host, processes your IP address to deliver the site and block attacks. To stop the form being flooded, we use your IP address as a counter for about 10 minutes after you send a message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, working site.
- No tracking cookies: this site uses no cookies for statistics or advertising.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those we need:
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and keeps a backup of form messages.
- Resend: sends the emails the form produces.
- Sorora Studio: the web studio that builds and maintains this website, for technical support only.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these companies are, or belong to, companies in the United States, so your data can be processed there. Where the company is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's adequacy decision covers the transfer; otherwise the European Commission's standard contractual clauses do.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To do so, email paulina@sorora.studio. We reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for statistics or advertising. Your browser only stores how you found us (the first page, the site that sent you and campaign tags, plus your latest visit through a link with campaign tags); that stays on your device and only reaches us if you send the form.
Open Sky Therapy is a sample website: the practice and the person are fictional. Messages sent through the form go to Sorora Studio, which is responsible for them. Please don't send information about your health through this form.
